Most notably, St. Andrews hosts both a Season Kick-Off Event and an End of Season Thank You Event to show appreciation for the staff’s hard work and to get excited for each season to come. Just as families gather for dinners, reunions, and holidays, St. Andrews hosts an Annual Holiday Party for employees and their immediate families. The staff is celebrated with undeniably delicious food, prize raffles, and great memories each year. Suppose the team isn’t spending time together at work. In that case, you can catch them enjoying manager evenings out, summer department get-togethers, or even at the Executive Staff Off-Site Meeting & Dinner with spouses. To keep up with the growing St. Andrews Country Club membership, our staff is constantly gaining new additions on every occasion, but once a part of the team they quickly become family.
Constant Support and Recognition
Much can also be said about the Club’s generosity and thoughtfulness in both supporting and highlighting everyone. St. Andrews focuses on building success through comprehensive trainings, including that of the department heads, and providing an employee relief fund in times of need. Within the last year, many people struggled to find stability during the pandemic, but in keeping our restaurants and facilities open, the Club generously provided for our beloved employees.

Not only does St. Andrews show their appreciation through gifts and lively events, but it also elevates staff who regularly go above and beyond. The Club rewards an Employee of the Month and an Employee of the Year for both Front of House and Back of House and a Manager of the Quarter. What may seem like small titles are always largely celebrated in this community.

At the Annual Employee Service Luncheon, staff is further recognized for their years of service with a mouthwatering lunch, plaques, and fruitful milestone gifts.
